Examination Rules

Monthly Tests
  • Class tests of each subject are conducted after every week.
  • Sessional examinations are held after every two months to evaluate major course content. Final evaluation is based on sessional and test results.
  • Proper records of each student’s academic performance are maintained and parents are kept informed.
  • Absence in monthly tests will result in failure and a fine of Rs. 200/- per subject.
Send Ups / Pre-Board Examinations

The College strictly abides by the rules and regulations laid down by FBISE, Islamabad for Intermediate classes.

  • A student who fails to qualify at least three major subjects in Part-I shall stand disqualified forthwith.
  • For sending admission to the Board, 75% attendance is mandatory. Mashal Degree College gives due importance to December / January Tests and Pre-Board Examinations. The administration reserves the right to withhold Board admission if a student fails or does not meet attendance requirements.
  • Students absent without prior approval in December / January Tests or Pre-Board Examinations will be fined Rs. 200/- per subject.
Parents–Teacher Meeting

The efforts of the college authorities for student improvement become more effective when parents and guardians actively cooperate with teachers and administration. Parents–Teacher meetings are arranged from time to time, and parental participation plays a vital role in students’ academic success.
