General Rules
Discipline Rules
- Uniform must be proper.
- Jewellery and makeup are not allowed.
- Regularity in attendance is compulsory.
- Punctuality must be strictly observed; late arrival carries a fine of Rs. 10/- per day.
- Bunking classes may result in punishment by the concerned lecturer or Discipline Committee.
- Students must produce the college Identity Card when demanded.
- Damaging or breaking college property will result in penalty or fine.
- Posting notices, pasting bills, or chalking college property is strictly prohibited.
- Participation in politics or prejudicial activities is prohibited.
- Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited during college hours.
- Silence must be observed in and around academic blocks.
- Loitering in lawns, verandas, or reading rooms during class time is not allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed during class hours.
- Violation of rules may result in suspension, restriction, or expulsion.
College Uniform
- Simple white shalwar and white shirt (knee-length with slip and coat collar).
- No laces are allowed.
- Coloured dupattas are provided according to class/year with identity cards.
- Half sleeves are not allowed.
- Black shoes without heels are mandatory (open shoes not allowed).
- Black sweater or black coat must be worn during winter.
Fee Deposit Rules
- Fees must be deposited through bank vouchers issued by the Accounts Department.
- Once paid, fees are non-refundable.
- College Leaving Certificate is issued after clearance of all dues.
- Late fee submission will attract fines as per college policy.
Leave Rules
- Leave is sanctioned only by the Principal.
- Leave applications must be signed by parents/guardians and submitted via class incharge.
- Sick leave must be supported by a medical certificate.
Payment of Fine
A fine of Rs. 10/- per day is charged for absence. Absence exceeding two weeks without approval may result in removal from the college roll. Re-admission, if granted, requires payment of admission fee. Damage to college property will be charged at the calculated cost.
College Discipline Committee
The Discipline Committee comprises the Vice Principal and nominated lecturers. It reviews serious disciplinary matters, and its decision is final.
Identity Card
Identity Cards are issued after admission. Duplicate cards can be issued on payment of Rs. 200/-. Students must carry their Identity Card at all times.
