A graceful farewell ceremony was organized in honor of the former Principal of Mashal Degree College Dr. Anila Tabassum. The event was held in The Seminar Hall of UW on 14th April 2026.

The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran. The Vice Chancellor UW Prof. Dr. Jameel-un Nabi, the Principal Mashal Degree College Dr. Mussarat Malik and the other distinguished guests shared their heartfelt sentiments and highlighted the Principal's Contribution to the institution. A souvenir was presented to the former Principal as the token of love and respect.

In the farewell address Dr. Anila Tabassum, former Principal MDC, thanked the faculty members for their cooperation and shared valuable advice for future success.

The ceremony concluded with prayers for her health, happiness and continued success.
