Examination Rules
Monthly Tests
- Class test of each subject will be taken after each week.
- Sessionals would be held after every two months to evaluate the major part of the courses, final evaluation will be based on results of these tests and sessionals.
- Proper record of each student’s performance is maintained and parents are kept informed of their performance.
- In case of absence during monthly tests, the student will be considered fail and charged fine of Rs. 200/- per subject.
Send Ups / Pre-Board Exams
College abides by the rules levied by FBISE, Islamabad for Intermediate classes.
- The student who fails to qualify at least three major subjects in Part-I shall stand disqualified forthwith.
- For sending admission to the Board, 75% attendance is a pre-requisite. Mashal Degree College gives due importance to the December / January Tests and Pre-Board Examination. The College administration has the authority to withhold the admission (to the Federal Board) of a student who fails in the examinations or whose attendance is less than the required percentage.
- Students will be charged with fine of Rs. 200/- per subject if they are absent in these exams (December / January Test, Pre-Board) without any prior approval.
Parents Teacher Meeting
Efforts made by the college authorities for betterment of the students will be more effective if parents / guardians join hands with Teachers / Administration. For this purpose Parents Teacher meetings are arranged from time to time and the role of the parents in this respect is very significant.
