General Rules
Discipline Rules
- Uniform must be proper.
- Jewellery and make up is not allowed.
- Regularity in attendance is compulsory.
- Punctuality must be strictly observed. In case of coming late, a fine of Rs. 10/- per day will have to be paid.
- In case of bunking class, student will be punished as decided by the concerned Lecturer / Discipline Committee.
- Students will have to produce college Identity Card as and when demanded.
- Pilfering, damaging or breaking the furniture, fittings, or other property of college will lead to face penalty / fine.
- Sticking / pasting bills on any part of any movable / immovable property of college as well as chalking is strictly prohibited.
- Students are prohibited to take part in politics or activities prejudicial to nature of aspirations.
- Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in college premises during college timings.
- Silence must be observed particularly inside and near academic blocks.
- Staying in reading rooms or outside in lawns and hanging around verandas during class is not allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed to see students during class. Proctors may check and ask visitors to leave college premises if their presence is considered undesirable.
- Any student who wilfully violates college rules will be subjected to expulsion, restriction, suspension or any other disciplinary action as deemed fit by college authority.
College Uniform
- Simple white shalwar and simple white shirt (knee length with slip and coat collar).
- No laces are allowed
- Students are provided with coloured dupattas for their respective class / year along with the identity cards by college.
- Half sleeves are not allowed.
- Shoes must be black and without heels (open shoes are not allowed)
- Students have to wear black sweater or black coat in the winter season.
Fee Deposit Rules
- The students will have to deposit fee with the bank using voucher provided by the Accounts department.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable.
- College leaving certificate is issued after the clearance of all dues.
- Fee must be paid quarterly, if a student fails to pay fee by the due date she will be fined as per late fee submission rules. Without clearance of dues, admission will not be sent to the Board / University.
Leave Rules
- Leave will be sanctioned by the Principal.
- Applications duly signed by the parents / guardians should be submitted through class incharge.
- Sick leave must be supported by Medical Certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner.
Payment of Fine
A fine of Rs.10/- per day will be charged if a student remains absent from classes. In case of absence for 2 weeks (without duly approved application) the name of student will be struck off the college roll. However, if such a student applies for re-admission, college may grant this facility subject to payment of admission fee. If a student breaks / damages college property she will be charged calculated price of the item / material.
College Discipline Committee
College Discipline Committee comprises the Vice Principal and the nominated lecturers. It observes, reviews and scrutinizes all serious lapses regarding discipline before any final action is taken against any student. The decision of the College Discipline Committee is irrevocable.
Identity Card
Identity Cards are issued to all students after their admission in the college. Duplicate card can be issued after the payment of Rs. 200/-. The students are bound to show their Identity Card to enter college.
