How to Apply Off Campus (Online)?
The rules and regulations for Online admission are as follows:

- Fill the particulars given in admission form.
- If you get admission letter from college, download admission form and fee voucher.
- Deposit fee in bank Al-Falah, Lalarukh branch.
- Post downloaded admission form along with photocopies of required documents and fee voucher to Mashal College.
Note: choose elective subjects carefully as change of subjects is allowed only when seats are available.
How to Apply In Campus?
Admission forms will be available within a week after declaration of SSC / HSSC result. The rules and regulations for admission are as follows:
- Admission in Mashal Degree College is open to all candidates regardless of religion, race, creed, province or Board.
- Admission in Mashal Degree College is granted on open merit basis.
- College has the right to reject any application form for admission in any group / programme and no claim will be entertained against it.
- Applications for admission are received on prescribed admission forms attached with the prospectus available at the College admin office on payment.
- All the documents attached with the application form must contain correct information and should be attested by a Class-I Officer / Gazetted Officer (the detail of the required documents is given on the application form).
- Any Admission Form containing incorrect or false information shall stand rejected forthwith (at any time during the session) and the fee and other dues deposited shall be forfeited.
- All candidates are to opt for one group of subjects. A candidate who wishes to apply for more than one group shall have to submit separate form for each group.
- List of candidates eligible for admission will be displayed on college notice board after clearance by the Admission Committee.
- Incomplete forms will be rejected.
- The candidates will be considered “enrolled” as college student after the signature of the concerned authorities on the paid bank receipt.
- All the admissions will be provisional till the acceptance from the Federal Board / University.
- Submission of an application form does not necessarily qualify an applicant for admission.
- Admission will be done strictly on merit as per the College policy and the pre-requisites defined by FBISE for Intermediate and by University of Punjab for B.A, B.Com.
- The class in any subject will commence if the number of students is not less than fifteen.
- Twenty additional marks (in overall merit) will be given to Hafiz-e-Quran candidates on provision of certificate / testimonial.
- A student can change group / subjects, within 15 days after commencement of classes, on recommendation of the Admission Committee, subject to the availability of seat (change of group / subject is not a matter of right but a privilege offered by the College).
